LiftKing Florida – All Sales Final Upon Delivery and Opening
At LiftKing Florida, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive lifting equipment and exceptional customer service.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING HAS BEEN OPENED.
Due to the size, weight, specialized nature, and transportation requirements of our automotive lifts, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once the equipment has been delivered and unpackaged, except in cases involving verified manufacturing defects, applicable warranty coverage, or rights provided by law.
Return & Refund Conditions
• Opened Equipment: No returns or refunds will be accepted for equipment that has been delivered and removed from its original packaging due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other buyer preference.
• Installed or Assembled Equipment: Equipment that has been assembled, installed, or used is not eligible for discretionary returns or refunds.
• Manufacturer Defects: Equipment with verified manufacturing defects may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund as determined by applicable warranty terms and legal requirements.
• Warranty Claims: Valid warranty issues will be addressed according to the applicable manufacturer's warranty, without limiting the customer's statutory rights.
• Shipping Damage: Customers should inspect deliveries promptly and report visible damage as soon as possible, preferably with photographs and a notation on the delivery receipt. This does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
• Return Authorization: No equipment may be shipped back without prior written authorization from LiftKing Florida.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable state or federal law.
